The firm
Myriam Adyel founded Adyel & Associés in 2014 as an accounting, statutory audit and advisory firm. Before that, she spent five years with the respected Paris firm Experts Entreprendre.
That Paris background still shapes our work today, notably in our accounting and payroll services for French companies.
Myriam is qualified in France as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, and has 17 years’ experience in accounting, audit and statutory audit.
Our team of 12 looks after 112 clients. We stay close to the businesses we work with, so you can rely on us as a long-term partner throughout your company’s lifecycle, with advice that fits your situation.

This team works with you day to day on your accounting, financial, administrative and tax matters.

This team specialises in statutory audit and voluntary audit. It brings you expertise in internal control and in making sure your financial statements comply with the rules.

This team runs your payroll and social security filings. It also advises you on employment law, from staff representative elections to the organisation of working time.
Transactions
This team handles the highly technical work your business may need as it grows: consolidation, acquisition due diligence, business plans, business valuations, mergers and more.
Legal & company secretarial
This team helps you with company formation, annual ordinary general meetings, registered office transfers, share transfers, dissolutions and more.
